Next door to the Chinese Visa Application Centre which was our reason for staying. Friendly staff, easy check in, good directions provided to find our room. Room was nice and clean, especially the bed linen which made it a comfortable stay. Decent size TV, room had a kitchenette with dish washer, also had a washing machine and dryer although we didn't need it for our short stay. Close to Albert Park which was nice to walk around. Tram access directly in front which is very convenient.

I was very pleased with our room ,although small it was very compact .I found the bed linen and towels to be extremely clean . The bathroom was very clean ,the room was well maintained . The property is on St Kilda Road ,2mins walk from the tram stop direct to the city .

Easily accessible by tram. Nice locale and facilities. Restaurant food was well priced and good. Bed was comfortable and clean, and air-conditioning was effective.
